PSC order, Big Bend Public Service District (26-0589-PWD-19A)
Procedural Order that the Big Bend Public Service District provide notice of the proposed rate change to its customers, as required by W.Va. CSR §150-2-8.2.7, by either publishing a copy of the Notice of Application to Change Rates, Tariff Form No. 10, attached hereto as Appendix A, once as a legal advertisement in each county where it provides service, or by mailing a copy of Appendix A to each of its customers as a bill insert or separate mailing. The District shall mail a copy of Tariff Form 10 to its resale customers by United States Certified Mail, return receipt requested. After publication of the rate notice or mailing, the District will file a completed Tariff Form 6-B attesting that it has complied with this Order and a copy of any publication affidavits no later than November 22, 2026; that if the District objects to the Staff recommended rates, that it do so within ten days of the date of this Order; etc.
