Comments are for people who work with West Virginia regulation to compare notes. Keep them useful.

• Stay on the item. Add context, experience, related filings or corrections.
• Be civil. Argue with the point, not the person. No harassment or personal attacks.
• No spam or self-promotion. Mention your own product or firm only when it's directly relevant.
• If you're a party to a case or filing you're discussing, say so.
• Share experience, not legal advice. Don't tell people what the law requires of them.
• Don't post anyone's private information.
• Cite sources when you state facts.

Use the flag link on a comment that breaks these. We remove comments that do, and suspend accounts that keep doing it.
