Commission Procedural Order that Mingo County Public Service District shall, within thirty days of the entry of this Order, file a report containing information since January 1, 2025, related to significant leaks that have been identified, leaks that have been repaired, location of leaks, and any current outstanding leaks. The report shall include a listing of customer complaints concerning unusually high bills since January 1, 2025. The unusual bills can be identified by number and volume of water without customer names and addresses. The report shall also include a list of bills that identified meters as dead or slow; etc.
