Recommended Decision that Mountaineer Gas Company’s petition to abandon natural gas service to Bertha Klug in Proctor be, and hereby is, granted. Mountaineer shall pay Ms. Klug the agreed cost of conversion. Mountaineer shall continue natural gas service to the property until the actual conversion is completed. Bertha Klug shall proceed as quickly as possible in arranging the conversion; etc.
