Procedural Order Hearing Set for 11/5/2026. For details see Internet Hearing Information; that Grafton prepare an exhibit with the following information for presentation at hearing including: (i) a current customer list arranged alphabetically by surname, (ii) a second current customer list arranged by customer address, (iii) a list of each protest signature that it challenges from the protest petition noting the reason for the challenge and (iv) an appendix containing the protest petitions. Grafton should tender the exhibit to all parties by October 30, 2026. The Commission will also request an expedited (3-day) hearing transcript; that Grafton publish the attached notice forthwith once in a newspaper of general circulation in each county where it provides water service and provide proof of publication to the Commission on or before the date of the jurisdictional hearing; etc.
