Commission Final Order that Case No. 24-0326-PWD-PSD-SC is dismissed as moot following the Commission’s final Order entered October 2, 2026, and the related acquisition approval in Case No. 25-0927-W-S-PC; that nothing contained in this Order shall be construed as a finding that Kanawha Falls Public Service District complied with applicable Cash Working Capital Reserve requirements, cured any reserve deficiencies, or properly expended reserve funds; that this dismissal does not modify or supersede the approvals, conditions, or continuing reporting and filing requirements imposed in Case No. 25-0927-W-S-PC or relieve the District of otherwise applicable statutory requirements or obligations under Commission orders pending closing; that, until the approved acquisition is fully consummated, Kanawha Falls Public Service District shall remain subject to all otherwise applicable statutory, regulatory, and Commission-imposed obligations; etc. Case Final. Removing from open docket.
