Commission Procedural Order Hearing Set for 11/20/2026. For details see Internet Hearing Information; that PDQ Transportation, Inc., dba Urban Express Charter, is granted emergency temporary authority, effective upon entry of this Order and until further order of the Commission, to operate as a contract carrier transporting Kiewit construction workers to and from Nscale’s Monarch Campus Data Center within Mason County, West Virginia, under contract with Charter Up, LLC; that the Applicant shall publish the Notice of Application, Emergency Temporary Authority, and Hearing, attached as Appendix A, once as a Class I legal advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation in Mason County, West Virginia, as soon as practicable and no later than October 21, 2026, and at least ten days before the hearing. The Applicant shall promptly file proof of publication and a copy of the notice as published; etc.
