Recommended Decision that the DSIC rates Staff recommended are approved for use for all potable water service rendered by BWC on or after January 1, 2027. The list of proposed projects is also approved; that Staff may address the over/under recovery calculation in the next DSIC filing as described in its direct testimony; that within thirty days of the effective date of the rates approved herein, BWC shall file a proper tariff; that BWC file a separate true-up proceeding with the Commission related to its DSIC program on or before June 1, 2027; etc.
