PSC order, Citynet West Virginia, LLC v. Appalachian Power Company and Wheeling Power Company (26-0793-E-T-POLE)
Commission Procedural Order that Citynet West Virginia, LLC’s request for interim relief is granted, as modified herein and that Appalachian Power Company and Wheeling Power Company shall immediately permit temporary attachments in accordance with General Order 261.3 and the directives contained in this Order; that beginning October 15, 2026, and every 30 days thereafter until further order of the Commission, the Companies and Citynet shall jointly file a status report identifying: (a) the affected SLFRF and CPF projects; (b) all remaining make-ready work; (c) all poles requiring replacement; (d) all disputed cost items; and (e) any circumstances that may prevent satisfaction of applicable funding deadlines; etc.
