Interim Recommended Decision that the purchased gas increment of $6.80 per Mcf, including B&O taxes, be, and it hereby is, approved for use by Cardinal Natural Gas Company, Northern Division – Lumberport-Shinnston on an interim basis only, for all service rendered by it on and after November 1, 2026; that, within thirty days after the date of this order, Lumberport shall file a proper tariff; Final Joint staff memo due 12/19/2026; that the Utility file its publication affidavits as soon as possible; etc.
