Interim Recommended Decision that the purchased gas increment of $1.069 per Mcf, including B&O taxes, be, and it hereby is, approved for use by A. V. Company, Inc., on an interim basis only, for all service rendered by it on and after November 1, 2026; that AVC provide proper notice to its customers and properly inform the Commission of the notice; that AVC timely file future 30C applications; that, within thirty days after the date of this order, AVC shall file a proper tariff; Final Joint staff memo due 12/21/2026; etc.
