Commission Procedural Order that Beckley Water Company give notice of the filing of said application, by publishing a copy of the attached Notice of Filing once in a qualified newspaper, published and of general circulation in counties where service is provided, making due return to this Commission of proper certification of publication within thirty (30) days from the date of publication; that within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order Beckley Water Company separately mail the Form No. 14 Notice of Filing to each of its resale customers, via certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall have made due return to this Commission of its affidavit of proper certification that the notice was provided; etc.
