PSC order, NextEra Energy Transmission MidAtlantic, Inc. (26-0075-E-CN)
Commission Procedural Order that the witness schedule and hearing procedures outlined in this Order are adopted for the evidentiary hearing scheduled for October 26–30 and November 2, 2026; that the Commission may modify the order or timing of witnesses during the evidentiary hearing as necessary for the orderly and efficient conduct of the proceeding; that any party or intervener who timely filed prefiled testimony and intends to testify at the evidentiary hearing, but whose name does not appear on the witness schedule established by this Order, shall promptly notify the Executive Secretary of the Commission; that the evidentiary hearing will be live streamed to permit parties and members of the public to observe the proceeding remotely; that, on or before October 5, 2026, each party shall file with the Commission a list identifying each intervener witness that the party anticipates cross-examining at the evidentiary hearing. A party that does not presently anticipate cross-examining any intervener witness shall so state in its filing; that the motion to appear remotely filed by Linda Blancato on September 8, 2026, is granted; that Linda Blancato shall coordinate with the Commission’s Executive Secretary before the hearing to obtain the information necessary to participate remotely; that the document filed by Michael Clower on September 8, 2026, and captioned as a petition to intervene, shall be treated as prefiled direct testimony in this case; etc.
