PSC final order, Windwood Water Works, LLC (26-0543-S-19A)
Interim Recommended Decision that the Approved Interim Rates set forth in the attached Appendix A, be, and hereby are approved for use by the Windwood Water Works, LLC, on and after the date this Order becomes final; that the Windwood Water Works, LLC, file an original and six copies of an appropriate tariff reflecting the interim rates and charges approved herein, within thirty days of the date this Decision becomes a final order of the Commission; that the Windwood Water Works, LLC, publish the notice attached as Appendix B once in a newspaper published and of general circulation in Tucker County. The Company shall return an affidavit of publication within thirty days of the date of this Order; etc.
