Recommended Decision that the Approved Tariff, attached hereto as Appendix A, is hereby approved for use by Whitehall Public Service District for all services rendered on and after the date this Decision becomes a final order of the Commission; that the District shall file within thirty days of the date this Order becomes final a proper tariff; that Whitehall Public Service District complete monthly CWCR reports using the form attached hereto as Appendix B and file the reports on the 10th day of the first three months after it begins collecting the new rates; etc.
