Procedural Order that the Gap Mills Public Service District is to provide notice to its customers by publishing or mailing, as set forth in Tariff Rule 8.2.7, the attached Tariff Form No. 10, and file with the Commission an affidavit of publication and a completed Tariff Form No. 6-B, immediately thereafter; that, within thirty days of the date of this Order, the Gap Mills Public Service District shall file an affidavit of publication and mailing in the form of Tariff No. 6-B with the Commission to the effect that the requirements of Tariff Rule 8.2.7., have been met; etc.
